This Panel will avoid Electric shock, Electric fire, Damages of electrical components and increasing the electricity bill amount due to Earth leakage current.This Panel will give Automatically continuous electrical supply through Inverter and D.G. set after the failure of the Main electrical supply.

Specification

Floor mounted panel fabricated from mild steel sheet dust and vermin proof duly powder coated consists of Main incoming MCCB. Meter, Lamps, Earth fault and Voltage variation Protection device, Auto changeover device for Inverter and D.G. set supply, and outgoing feeders with MCCB/ MCB as per the customer requirement.

Working of Auto changeover supply with Voltage Variation Protection

At the time of failure of Main electrical supply / Voltage variation, Main electrical supply will be off. Immediately, Inverter will give electrical supply to the lighting load and starting signal to D.G. set.The voltage will be generated by D.G. set. After availability of proper voltage of D.G. set, the Inverter supply will be offand D.G. set supply will be changed over to the load.

After availability of proper Main electrical supply, D.G.set will stop, and the Main electrical supply will be changed over to the load.

Working of Earth fault Protection.

At the time of Electric shock / Earth fault, Electrical supply will be off with Hooter noise lamp.

Now Press the Reset Push button on panel, so Supply will be on. Hooter noise lamp will be off during the Electric shock / Momentary Earth fault. Hooter noise lamp will remain in on condition during the existence of Earth fault. Now locate the Earth fault.

If you want to locate the Earth fault after some time, then Put the switch at “Earth fault Protection Bypass” position, so Hooter noise lamp will be off.

To locate the Earth fault, Put the switch at “Earth fault finding” position. After clearing of Earth fault, Put the switch at “Earth fault Protection working” position,

Working of Short circuit Protection

At the time of Short circuit, MCCB will trip. Electric supply will be off After clearing of the fault, MCCB can be made on and supply will be on.

Note – There will not be any breakdown supply problem due to Auto changeover and Voltage variation / Earth fault protection device.
