Comparison between ELCB/RCCB and Our Earth fault Protection Device in Panel

  • During slight higher Earth leakage current than the setting value which is not harmful, ELCB/RCCB will trip. Supply will be off and It is not possible to make the equipment in on condition.
    In our device, it is possible to make the equipment in on condition after Pressing the Reset Push button.
  • After tripping of ELCB/RCCB, the supply will be off. so It is difficult to locate the Earth fault in supply off condition.

  • At the time of Earth fault, ELCB/RCCB will trip, and supply will be off, but there will not be any noise, so reason can not be known.

  • Earth leakage current indication and Earth leakage setting are not available in ELCB/RCCB, so setting can not be done for different inbuilt Earth leakage current for suitable protection.

    In our device, switch can be put in Bypass position, so there will not be cut off the supply due to Earth leakage jerk. Refrigerator will remain in on condition, Damages of food can be avoided.
