Features of Panel

Angle stand floor mounted panel fabricated from 16 swg MS sheet dust & vermin proof duly powder coated consist of MCCB, Meters, Automatic Power factor control device, Earth fault and Voltage variation protection device, Outgoing feeders will be as per customer requirement.

Working of A.P.F.C. & Protection Device
- The Average power factor of the plant will be controlled by Automatic on- off operation of capacitors.
- At the time of Earth fault/Earth leakage, MCCB will trip, Electrical supply will be off with Red Hooter noise lamp. Now press the Reset push button to stop the Hooter noise, Make MCCB in on condition so supply will be on. If the Earth fault exists, Hooter noise will remain in on condition, Now locate the Earth fault so that the Hooter noise lamp should be off.
- At the time of Voltage variation, MCCB will trip, Electrical supply will be off with Red Hooter noise lamp. Now change the position of Actuator switch to stop the Hooter noise, check the voltage on Voltmeter and take necessary action.
- At the time of availability of proper supply, the Green Hooter noise lamp will be on, change the position of Actuator switch to stop the Hooter noise. Now make the MCCB in on condition, so supply will be on.
- At the time of short circuit, MCCB will trip, electrical supply will be off, After clearing of fault, MCCB can be made on and supply will be on.
