This Panel will distribute Electrical Power with Protection against Earth fault, Voltage variation and Short circuit As a result Electric shock, Electric fire, Damages of components, and Increasing in the Electricity bill amount due to Earth leakage current will be avoided.
Specification
Floor mounted Electrical Power distribution Panel fabricated from mild steel sheet dust and vermin proof duly powder coated consists of MCCB, Busbar, Meter, Lamps, Earth fault and Voltage variation protection device, etc.
The Incoming four cables and Outgoing four cables can be connected to the panel for Power distribution. Outgoing feeders can also be given as per the customer requirement.

Working of Protection Device
Earth Fault Protection
- At the time of Electric shock/Earth fault, MCCB will trip, Electrical supply will be off with Hooter noise lamp.
- Now Press the Reset Push button on panel to stop the Hooter noise lamp. Make MCCB in on condition, so supply will be on.
- If Earth fault exists, the Hooter noise lamp will remain in on condition. Now locate the Earth fault.
- If you want to locate the Earth fault after some time, then Put the switch at “Earth fault Protection Bypass” position.
- To locate the Earth fault, Put the switch at “Earth fault finding” position. At the time of Earth fault, there will be Hooter noise lamp so Earth fault can be located. After clearing of Earth fault, Put switch at “Earth fault Protection working” position.
Voltage Variation Protection
At the time of Voltage variation, MCCB will trip, Electrical supply will be off with Hooter noise lamp. Now change the position of Actuator switch to stop the Hooter noise, check the voltage on Voltmeter and take necessary action. At the time of availability of proper supply, the Green Hooter noise lamp will be on, change the position of Actuator switch to stop the Hooter noise. Now make the MCCB in on condition, so supply will be on.
Short circuit Protection
At the time of Short circuit, MCCB will trip. Electric supply will be off. After clearing of the fault, MCCB can be made on and supply will be on.
